People who deliver healthcare rarely sit at a desk for long; being able to access information on the move is essential. This award recognises the role that technology plays in facilitating wireless working for healthcare staff.

Criteria

This award will go to the entrant who has made best use of wireless technologies to improve the working lives of staff, enhance patient services and increase the efficiency of their UK healthcare organisation. The judges will be looking for advances that have been shown to work in the healthcare setting and could be used elsewhere.
