Awards rules

Please submit an entry by selecting the category button on the left hand side of the screen and clicking 'enter now'.

The deadline for the E-Health Insider Awards 2010 in association with BT is 16.00 on Friday 11 June. Entries received after the deadline will not be counted.
There is no entry fee.
For 2010 we have created specific entry forms relating directly to the criteria for each category. This should help you structure your answer and will also help our judges with the all important judging process.
All entries must be made online.
You must answer all questions on the online entry form.
The E-Health Insider Awards 2010 in association with BT are open to any healthcare IT organisation of any size based in the UK.
All entries must be authorized by a senior representative from the organisation.
Entry implies acceptance of the rules.
Entries will not be returned unless requested at the time of entering.

Judging will take place in London during the week commencing 19 July 2010.
Please note: entrants being considered for the shortlist may be called to discuss their project.
If the judges consider an entry inappropriate for the category in which it was entered they will include it in that category they consider most suitable.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into on any account regarding the results of any part of the competition.

Shortlisted entries will be required to send in a photo of the entrant(s) for our 'Book of the Night'.
All the parties involved in the organisation or promotion of the awards reserve the right to publicity concerning any entry.
Details of the short-listed entries and winners will appear on the E-Health Insider Awards 2010 in association with BT, and E-Health Insider website and newsletter. Details may also be released to other publications. We also reserve the right to publish material on the E-Health Insider and E-Health Insider Primary Care websites.
