Faced with a number of serious payroll issues, University Hospitals Leicester NHS Trust (UHL) chose McKesson Shared Services to complete the last 18 months of a payroll services contract. The supplier exceeded levels of expectation and commitment, working around the clock to complete the project on time, and working closely with the previous services provider and UHL.

St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals informatics team has improved its service to patients and staff by transforming health records management from paper to an electronic system. Using OITUK’s C-Cube electronic document management system, staff now have a single, simple and safe point of access to view and access records.
